Payment and cancellation policy

She-Bang! Handgun Training strives to provide the best possible training with the focus on YOU. All our training and courses are done privately, so you get undivided attention and the best possible instruction without distraction. All lessons are booked for individuals, couples or small groups that you put together. As a result, since you are booking the time slot for your lesson, please be courteous of our time and keep your appointment or give proper notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Dallas and Hunt counties are served by special arrangement and must be pre-paid. We use various ranges that we have agreements with and since our time is booked specifically for you and/or your group, we require pre-payment before travelling to Dallas county or Hunt county for the lesson.

Cancellation Policy

Once your lesson is booked, you are reserving time devoted to YOU and/or Your group. If you are not able to keep your appointment, we ask for as much notice as possible.

Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment: No Refund, you will forfeit payment.

Cancellation within 48 hours or more, you will be refunded the full amount of pre-payment.

Re-scheduling Policy

You may re-schedule one time with no penalty. If you are unable to keep your rescheduled appointment, you will forfiet the payment and no refund will be issued. The same time frames for cancellation apply for a rescheduled appointment.

Tardiness Policy

Once an appointment is booked and confirmed, there will be a 10 minute grace period for unforeseen traffic, or other situation beyond our control. If you or the instructor are within the 10 minute window, the lesson will go on as scheduled. If you are more than 10 minutes late for the appointment, no refund will be given. It will be determined at that time if the lesson will continue. This decision will be based on other appointments and time constraints.

If the instructor is more than 10 minutes late, it will be determined if there is enough time to perform the lesson. If the lesson is cancelled, you will get a full refund, if pre-paid. This decision will be based on other appointments and time constraints.

If the lesson continues, no refund will be given as the payment is agreed.
